Shipping and Handling
Orders ship out within 1 to 2 business days from receipt of order. We will notify you with any backorders or shipping delays promptly from receipt of your order. Expedited shipping is available as well. Shipping rates and methods are indicated at checkout.
Returns Policy
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt. All returns must have prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused and un credited. If you must return an item please e-mail us with your invoice number and reason for return and we will e-mail you back with a return authorization number.
Procedure for returning an item
- All merchandise must be returned in its original shipping packaging and in unused condition.
- Enclose the original sales slip
- Send the merchandise back to the return address on the original shipping box.
- Return items by UPS or US Mail
DiagnosticWorld.com accepts online payments with VISA, MASTER CARD and American Express. For your convenience if you prefer to pay with check or money order we accept these methods as well. Please contact our customer service department for details on this payment option.
